When does my order ship?
All orders received by 3pm EST (Monday - Friday) will ship same day, and orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the following day. Orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?
We will obtain insurance provided by the shipping agency for all orders marked as fragile. If items arrive damaged, please email Premier Biz Pro with photos of the items, and we will only replace products with significant damages (large cracks, broken devices, etc.)

Does PBP offer wholesale?
Premier Biz Pro does not offer wholesale; however, many items are marked at wholesale/competitive market prices for bulk ordering.
